Book Binderies

Traditionally book binderies have high capacity perfect binders with long set up times and long run capacity. This, therefore, makes binding very uneconomical in both time and money especially in high demand periods. It is not economical or sensible to stop long run machines (even when possible) when a customer needs smaller quantities bound.

The investment of a Fastbind system compared to the investment of the high capacity machinery of a specialized book bindery is very small, especially compared with the benefits of being able to serve customers instantly and still profitably.
